The Service is provided as an experimental artistic and technological interaction tool and is not intended for critical use cases (e.g., medical, legal, or safety-related purposes).

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Have access to a WhatsApp account with messaging capabilities.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you send to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant Ohyai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and transform your content solely for the purpose of generating the corresponding audio and improving our Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• Contains personal data of third parties without consent;
• Violates intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of misuse.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

We process user content and metadata in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store data. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
