Data Deletion Instructions for the Ohyai Chatbot
At Ohyai, we are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with full control over your personal data. If you have interacted with our chatbot and wish to request the deletion of your data, please follow the instructions below.
What Data We Collect
When using the "Ohyai" chatbot, we may collect and temporarily store:
- The image you sent to the chatbot
- The sound file generated from your image
This data is used solely for the purpose of generating an audio response based on the image and is not retained longer than necessary.
How to Request Data Deletion
1. Via WhatsApp Chat
Send the message:
DELETE MY DATA
to our chatbot on WhatsApp using the same number you used previously. Your data will be flagged for deletion and removed from our systems within 72 hours.
2. Via Email
Send an email to: infra.ohyai@gmail.com
Please include the following information:
- Your phone number used with WhatsApp (including country code)
- A clear request to delete your data associated with the Ohyai chatbot
Your request will be processed within 72 hours upon verification of identity.
